His daughter move my stuff out

My mother was living with a man in Mo. and Fla.his health got worst and his daughter came to Fla and she took him back to a nuring home.She was in contact with the daughter weekly.The daughter packed up most of the things in the house in Mo.(except the thing she decided to keep)and brought a u-haul down to Fla.She came in to the house announcing she was selling the moblie home in Fla,and she would have to move The man had told my mother it was in his will for her to have the Fla. home.Is there anything she can do.Question two:Can she sue for taking care of this man for six years?

From your post it appears to me that you should immediately contact a local attorney in the location where the man resides in Florida. While it may be possible to file suit seeking compensation for taking care of the gentleman either in Missouri or in Florida, only the Florida attorney could advise you concerning the daughter's rights to sell the mobile home and concerning the gentleman's Will.
