Defence againt stalkers

My partner and I have a stalker from the state of OK, he is sending emails and text messages constantly, and we have told him to leave us alone. He drives by our house when in town and stops by my partners work to harass him. He is in Real Estate and has obtained all our personal information. What can we do to stop him legally? Please help.

I would suggest reporting this to the local police where you live and where your husband works. Give them all of the pertinent information and ask them if you cna file a complaint to have the stalker prosecuted.
