Dogcatcher

Can a dogcatcher legally remove a dog from the owners property without a warrant or consent of the owner when there has been no complaints against the dog.

The dogcatcher must have a warrant to remove a dog. He cannot remove one without it. If he does, it is an unreasonable seizure. If this has happened, you need to obtain legal help immediately to replevin your dog.
