Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
I am estranged from my siblings. My Mom is 83 and a widow. My Dad passed approximately 20 years ago. When he passed he owned several guns. The guns were given to my brother to store. My Mom supposedly addresses the guns in her will. It is my understanding that the guns are to be divided between the three siblings. My brother has stated that he had the guns in his possession over 10 years and that they are now his. Is this accurate or can I file a claim to get my share when my Mom passes.

If he was storing the guns at your Mother's request, they remain her property. L
