Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
My Father has a women and her 3 children (1 of which is my fathers son )who have moved into his house that are refusing to leave can i type up a eviction notice and have a third party deliver it to her telling her of the date to be gone . or does he need to get an attorney just to get her out of his house that he has paid for on his own?

There is no requirement that a lawyer draft the eviction notice nor the unlawful detainer action. But, it seems that the successful ones usually are.

The owner of the real estate is the only person (other than the owner's agent) who can provide a notice of eviction. It doesn't matter who types it up so long as it complies with the law and is signed by the owner of the real estate or his or her agent.
