Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I have a friend who gave my other friend pills and she died from it, what are the legal conciquences he can face?

Assuming your friend was not a registered pharmacist or physician, he faces both civil and criminal liability. Criminally, he is probably facing charges of distribution of a controlled substance, and possibly negligent homicide or manslaughter. Depending on your friend's criminal record, jail and fines are likely. Civilly, they are facing a wrongful death lawsuit.
