Garnishment
I had a garnishment served on an individual and at the end of the 90 days the court never recieved any money or acknowledgement of this. th e court has the sheriffs return to show where they served it but the company says they never recieved anything. How should i proceed

How to proceed in your situation is a very fact dependent question. You did not indicate in your posting what type of entity that you served. What makes you believe that they had or got anything from or for the debtor?
