Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I have three garnishments at my job right now going on. then I get one from a federal student loan. My employer is is doing the regular one and the federal one also at the same time. They didnt even let me do a 10% on the federal, can they do this.

If you qualify for the 10% head of household limit, then your employer should honor it. If not, then you may have to hire counsel to address this with the court.
