Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

harrasment during a board of directors meeting

During a board of directors meeting, the manager of the sheltered workshop, the treasurer as well as the board president harrased me, made sexist comments and humilated me and made fun of my education in front of the whole board of directors.

My question is can I sue the individuals who did this or do I have to sue the whole board? Or do I even have a case?

Thank you very much

Re: harrasment during a board of directors meeting

Sexual harassment must be severe and pervasive. If all they did was hurt your feelings, then likely you do not have a strong case. You can, however, go to the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and file a complaint.
