Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Harrassment

My parents live in St Joe MO, they have a neighbor who is constantly harrassing them. Orders them pizza, cancels their trash service, throw trash in their yard, has egged their yard. His latest, drunk and yelling that my dad is a pediphile. My parents are in their mid 70's have called the police, this guys dad was killed in line of duty and has a brother on the force, he never gets in trouble because, what can you prove. My sisters and I do not live close and worry about them a great deal. Is there anything we can do?

Your parents might be well advised to consult with an attorney in their area who should be able to advise them as to how best that they might deal with this particular nuisance situation.
