Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Someone hid a video camera in my house and video taped my wife working at her desk. Do I have grounds for a suit for invasion of privacy.

You may have acase for tresspassing and for invasion of privacy. Your wife may have additioanl causes of action, especially if the images were displayed anywhere. These are moot unless you determine with some certainty who installed the camera.
