my husband went and pawned without my concent a hand gun that was passed down to me from my grandfather.
when he went to get it out of pawn they said he couldnt pass the required check to purchuse a gun.
how do i get my gun back? can i go get it being that im his wife?

You may be ato go to the pown broker and tel themn thqat yoru husband did nto have persmissiojn to pawn YOUR gun. If the time for him to retirve has not passed, you might be able to get if back, but may have to fiel apolice reprot. If the time for him to get it back (the pawn period) has passed, you might still file the police report, but may have to pass the gun ownership guidelines yourself in order to get the gun back.
