husband running amuck

my husband owned his own business.. it failed.. he know refuses to give up his office which cost as much as our mortgage payment.... he will let the house go before the office... please tell me what to do..my name is on the lease... I am getting desperate... we are going to lose our house...

I would suggest you drag your husband to a bankruptcy lawyer, and give him the option of going with you to the bankruptcy lawyer, or having you go without him to a divorce lawyer.

The bible says that pride goeth before a fall. Men are exceptionally proud of their creations, especially their businesses, and they do not want to admit failure. This is one of those times when you have to be tough because your name's on the contract, and you don't want to be stuck to your husband's failure if you have to make a new life for yourself.
