Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
I have a jugement aginst me for over 100k I do not own any real property. Q #1 How long will a jugement hold up for the claiment to prusue? Q # 2 would a bankruptcy be a course to use to stop garnisment?

The judgement must be renewed at least every ten years to be collectible. Bankruptcy will stop collection at least temporarily, but may not remove the lien they may have. Go talk directly with a bankruptcy attorney in your area, before deciding how to act. Your specific facts may alter the best course you should take.
