saying lies about other people reputation

There is a man saying things about some girls that are not true. in a work envoirment, a bar. sexual things. and hes the owner.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. A person who spreads lies about people is liable for the damages caused by such behavior, however, these cases are very difficult to bring, and often involve First Amendment issues. A slander or libel lawsuit against a bar owner would likely be a difficult case.

If the aim is to stop the publication of these lies or statements, then a letter from an attorney threatening legal action if it doesn't stop might be effective.
