I lost my car

I had a car I was restoring, and because of pass issues with my mom, I took the title and hid it so she could not get rid of it, shes a little crazy, so she would get rid of it for any reason such as not fixing anything for a month. Now she had it sent to a junkyard to be chopped up, but she had no proof of ownership and the junkyard took it, even though the title is not in my name, what can I do to be reimbersed for the loss of my car without the junkyard seing ownership first?

You must clear up your title issue before you can made the tow lot turn the vehicle over to you. (You may have to pay teh entire tow and storage bills first)
