Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
In March, I purchased a new scooter from a business that was just opening their doors. A couple of weeks ago, the scooter wouldn't start and I called the company. they agreed to pick it up and repair it. After a week of phone calls and them not showing up to pick it up, they finally arrived last Friday. I was also told they would work on it first thing in the morning. I didn't hear from them over the weekend. I called on Monday and there was no answer. on Tuesday, I stopped by the company on my way home from work. The guy was sitting at his desk. he told me he didn't know yet what was wrong with it. I also found out that they are closing the business on Saturday. Is it their responsibility to return the scooter to my home? Is it their responsibility to return it repaired? if they close on Saturday before returning my scooter, what are my options?

You shoudl immediately pcik up your scooter. D not pay for for partial repair or diagnostic work of any kind if it is not repaired. Contact the manufacturer if it is still within the warranty period.
Good luck
