Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
I missed a courtdate recently that i was unaware of in missouri while i live in illinois, so i consequently have a warrant in missouri. If i go to missouri and turn myself in and take a bondsman in with me to the police station what are the chances i'd be denied bail and have to sit anyway? Its a misdemeanor fraud charge.

You may do better to have your attoney go to court with you to get the warrant set aside and have the case set back on the active docket. You might even be able to enter into a plea agreement with the prosecutor and the add-on day and not have to come back. Consult direlcty with a misosuri atotrney in the area where the court is. They can explain your options better. Since you live out of state, a bondsman may ask for more than the usual amount to put their finances in jeopardy for you.
