Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

my neice had been staying with her on again off again boyfriend. He kicks her out when he wants to have another girl stay over. He resides with his mother. He slaps my neice and verbally abuses her yet she says she loves him. I want to protect her from and want to know if I can press charges for assult on behalf of my neice. Is this legal? Do I have any source of action against this guy. He preys on and has several girls which he does this to. He demands they do his homework for college,give him their money, He demands they clean after him. Please help

Report the attack to the police. Other than seeking toi have your neice declared incompetent or incapacitated, you have little grounds to represnet her interests in civil court, if she has reached the age of majority. Perhaps you can report the falsified school work to the colege.
