i HAVE A NOTARIZED VISITATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN MY STEP GRAND KIDS MON AND MYSELF. IS THIS A BINDING AGREEMENT? AND CAN SHE BE IN BREACH OF IT IF i DON'T GET VISTATION?
