personal property

Our car was repossessed in early March and they refuse to return our personal property that is in the car. Need to know what I have to do to make them return our property.

You can file an action for conversion of personal property. They have an absolute duty to return personal property left in the car. If they fail, you can sue them and recover damages. I would advise sending them a certified letter, threatening a lawsuit, and making your demand plain. Then, if they do not meet your deadline, you can file in small claims court.
