Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
i recently moved to missouri from Virginia. I made 2 arrempts to recover personal property from my sister who lives in Virginia. The property in question is personal documents and papers. ie military discharge, birth certificate, education diplomas. training certificates, personal and legal papers. I again made attempts to recover my property at my expense and each time was referred to my sisters live in boyfriend. My mother also made an attempt, and met with negative results on the part of my sister. What legal recourse if any do I have at my disposal to compel the reponsible party to return my property? Thank you

Since your sister and presumably the property are in Virginia, you need to consult with an attorney in Virginia.
