i am going to turn 18 in nov. and my boyfriend is 45. If i move in with him can my mother sew him even though she did give consent to the relationship and has known about it for 2 years?

I am not aware of any law allowing your mother to sue the boyfriend. But, she could file a complaint and have him prosecuted if he had sex with you before you were eighteen.
