Just a simple question. I want to use a question for a trivia night fundraiser and want to be sure I am correct with the question and answer:
Quesiton - What type of doctorate must someone earn to become an attorney?
Answer - Juris Doctor or Juris Doctorate
Would either be correct or are they wrong?

Your question contains the answer. If you're asking "what you're of doctorate" then it is doctorate.
