Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

In small claims court am I able to collect for the filing fee plus employee's rate for the time spent going to court as a witness, base on me winning the case?

Successful plaintiffs are usually awarded their filing and service of process fees. But, they are rarely awarded any costs of having a witness come to court.
