Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

My son has been in jail since Sept. 8 on violation of a restraining order. They keep postponing his hearings and I have no idea why. His name is Dan Abshear and he is in the St. Charles County jail in St. Charles, Mo. I would appreciate any information you can give me regarding this situation. Thank you.
