Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I Believe I have a Strong Case!

If an employee of a large retail corporation steals money out a customers purse can that corporation be sued? Especially if they are not attempting to resolve the issue by reviewing the surveillance to confirm the theft?

If the action occurred in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, you may email me, and tell me more of the particulars. I will then try to assess your case. Tell me: when it happened, where it happened, how you kno wit was the employee that did it, and how much was taken.

Good Luck

Under the doctrine of Respondeat Superior the corporation is responsible for the torts of its employees.

You should consider legal action.
