Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Could we sue our neighbors dogs keep coming onto our property and killing cats?

They have released them several times. We have repeatedly asked them to stop and they usually agree, but today they were running in our yard and we found a cat we hand raised dead less than five minutes after they left our yard. We really need to do something, but we don't know if it is possible, legal-wise. Is it? Please help.

You shouls report this incident to the Animal Control/Police Department in your area. Today a cat, tomorrow a small child.
