Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

A vicious criminal, who is a biological relative has told lies that have law enforcement and criminals stalking me. Although he is a relative, I don't know him because he was in prison or jail most of my life. He was recently arrested... and blamed me. He told everyone that a police officer told me he had a warrant and I told someone else, resulting in his arrest.

He had a warrant for his own actions. No one has to advise anyone of a warrant when the court systems make warrants a public record online. And, anyone could have told he had a warrant. There are plenty of females that despise him, his former neighbors, friends and ex-girlfriends.

However he blamed me, and the law enforcement officers whom he spoke with was very biased against me. He stole my belongings, continues to defame my character, and threatens me. Yet the police are not investigating him, they're investigating me. He threatened to have me arrested... based on lies to get revenge for the act act he committed that got him a warrant.

This man is a drug dealer, a liar, a burglar, and he is extremely violent and abusive towards women and little girls. He went to prison for for many things including burning a little girl. The little girl sustained burns over more than 50% of her body.

Instead of the police considering the fact that the things he tells them might be lies and motivated by evil, they chose to believe him.

How can I clear my name from the lies that have been told? Should I sue him for slander or get a restraing order? He has turned my family, and general public against me and my husband.

He made friends with a rogue city cop that is working on his behalf. What can I do?

To try to clear your name, you can file a lawsuit against him for slander. I doubt if you can find an attorney to represent you on a contingent fee basis, so you will need to be able to pay a retainer in order to pursue this route. You can also sue him for the conversion of your property in the same lawsuit.

You could contact the county prosecutor's office and encourage them to prosecute a charge for theft.

I hope this helps. If you would like to pursue a case, I can be contacted at [email protected] or toll free at 888-444-1005.
