Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
My wife and have been splitting time sharing the house until the divorce is final. She has not paid for any utilities or any of the mortgage payment for 6 months. I stay at the house every wed and Thursday night and every other wed, thurs., friday and sat. night. She stays there all the other nights so she actually stays there more than I do. Am I able to sue her for half of the mortgage and utilities? If so do I take her to civil court and represent my self or should I get an attorney? The divorce just became final. Her name is on the loan and the house until I refinance.

As the division of property and debts was probably addressed in your divorce decree, you should address these issues with your divorce counsel first. They may be cheaper than paying a civil attorney to start from scratch.
