Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Using my name

I wrote personal e-mail to a local talk show host regarding their daily subject matter.

The next day my e-mails were used on the show using my name. I did not give permission (nor was I asked) to use my name. Is this legal?

Thank you

Re: Using my name

Unless your email specifically withheld this permission, your permission was likely implied by sending it to someone whose job is to put things on the radio.

Like getting a letter to the editor published, getting your email read on a talk show is kind of a honor. Obviously your comments were deemed worthy of being shared.
