Which Insurance should pay?

I would like to know if you are injured while covered under one insurance but don't realize it until you are covered under a different insurance which one if any should be responsible for the bill.Both have denied payment.Thanks

I need more information to answer your question- depending on the delay, the insurance company at the time of the injury might indeed be off the hook, if they have a prompt reporting requirement. I doubt that both companies can beg off of paying for an injury though.
