Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri
I have 2 years of H1b expiring in 4 months.I have I140 approved. Can I change my visa status to F1 if my H1b extension denies (Consider I 140 is approved)?

It is a possibility, however, it is a better option to find a new employer to "transfer" your H-1B to instead. I don't know what the circumstance are in your case which cause you to believe that your H-1B extension would be denied, but F-1 is not the best option if you have immigrant intent.
