Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri
I am a US citizen, I just got naturalized and I want to petition my wife and my mother at the same time, I was wondering if I can fie for both of them at the same time or I have to file my wife first after she gets her Green card then I can apply for my mother.
I hope someone can help me with this as soon as possible and I do really appreciate it.
thanks

Hi, you can process both at the same time. You can call me for a free consultation 408-245-2416. I represent clients from all across the United States.
You may petition for as many people as you'd like so long as you can prove you can support them on the affidavit of support. For a free case analysis, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
Hi,
As a U.S. citizen you can sponsor both parents as well as spouse. Both sponsorships fall in the immediate relative category and the sponsorship process is expedited: www.h1b1.com/sponsor.htm
