Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

If I am an international student and my parents work in the US and the pay US taxes and they are on a H4 visa, is it possible for me to apply for student loans and which ones will I be eligable for. Second question- if for some reason I violate immigration laws can I be deported to my country when my parents live in the US? I dont have a home or a place to stay in my native country, will I be sent to where my parents are or do I get sent to my native country. I'm 22 years old

Dear Sir,

You are an adult and the status of your parents does not appear to be of any help to you. If you are found removable for any particular violation you will need to deal with it.

You should check with your school as to the student loan matter.
