Green Card
I am a green card holder, and I would like to apply for my parents to get a green card, is there a way I can apply for them ?
Can someone answer my question please?

You need to be a Citizen and then you can file for your parents to get the green card.

You will need to become a US citizen first. Once you are a US citizen you can file for them and they will be "immediate relatives" - a wait time for processing, but not for an available visa. I would suggest being ready to file their immigrant visa petitions as soon as you naturalize.
