h1-b re enter country
i have h1-b visa till 2005 july from my old company.
By the time i went to my country and got a married.My wife has a
h-4,than we went to american embassy in turkey .They aprove and
put the visa my passport.We come back.
But after 10 month later i quit the job and i started an other
company.I receive my new h1-b from my new company.
Questin is: we are planning to visit our family in turkey,when we
go back to turkey ,do i need to visit american embassy for new
approval. But i have visa till 2005 from my old company.

You do not need to do so at this time. You will want a copy of all your paperwork with you when traveling. Assuming your current visa is valid for a longer period of time, you may wish to do so at this time - it may be even less convenient at a later point in time. Depending upon the timing of your travel plans, you may also wish to reissue your visa through the state department before you leave.

as long as the visa from the old case is still valid, you do not need to go to ankara. Just furnish a copy of the visa, and be preared to submit a copy of the approval notice for the new company in the event they ask you for it. Also, once the old one expires, you can renew it with the state department w/o having to visit the consulate.
