Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

H1-b re enter

i have h1-b till 2006 from my old company,by the time i changed

me company we aplied h1-b again, i hope i will get new h1-b

around may 2004.

After that i am planing to visit my country.

Do i have to visit american consulate in turkey to get a new visa

stamp ? Or not thanks

If your visa stamp has not expired, then they consulate will not issue a new one. Just take evidence of your change of employer, such the new approval notice and a copy of the change of employer petition with you through the port of entry. Also make sure that you can account for any gaps in your status.
