h1b extension while GC pending
hi
am in my 6th year of my h1b and i already have my i140 approved under eb2 category...so if i apply for
a h1b extension now, will i get a 3 yr extension for sure, or will it be just 1 yr.........

Most likely one year unless as an Indian national you have an eb2 priority date of December 1, 2003, or earlier and have an 1-485 on file with the USCIS to adjust your status, accordingly.
