regarding h1b extesion while GC pending
hi
am in my 6th year of my h1b and i already have my i140 approved under eb2 category...so if i apply for
a h1b extension now, will i get a 3 yr extension for sure, or will it be just 1 yr.........

It depends on whether you have applied for adjustment of status or if your priority date is current. If it is current, you will not be eligible to apply for an extension of your H-1b. If you want to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
