Immigration marriage fraud
What can yu tell me about an individual who married a US citizen for one year, got pregnant and immediately divorced, then had another child out of wedlock for the sole purpose of obtaining child support she was not able to get in said divorce.??

The individual first had a child with their USC spouse, which would indicate a bona fide marriage as, even if for only a short period of time, it appears the relationship was that of husband and wife. Next, the case went through as a divorce, not an annulment, so proving immigration marriage fraud does not appear realistic, if that's what your question is. Next, she had another child with someone else and is getting child support. In child support cases, one's motive doesn't matter, if you have a child, you have a legal duty to support it, period.
