Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri
K-1 was denied
My fiance told me she was never married but when we got to the us embassy they denied her cause they had a record showing she was legally married so it was denied... Since it was denied I filed for annullment which was granted from the courts a year and a half later... I was wondering if I got married now legally and filed a K-3 will she be able to come to America with me or will the past K--1 visa stop us cause she didn't tell them the truth that she was married...
