Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri
long story short... I married an illegal immigrant july of 2010, it was the real deal at first.. then we realized we didn't have as much in common as we thought we did so we split up. our only concern was that he would no longer be able to get his green card so we still went through with the immigration appoinment for him to get his temp. green card. he was approved. well i've been dating someone else for the past couple of months and now i'm pregnant with my boyfriends child. I want to divorce my husband(the illegal immigrant) but i don't want to have him kicked out of the country, and i certainly don't want to jeapordize my own well being when it comes to being in trouble with the police. what can i do? what are my options?

You should go ahead and divorce your husband. If you have been married for less than 2 years, he will need to do an I-751 but will need to hire an immigration attorney to help him with that process as the two of you are not still living as a married couple.
