Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

I moved to the USA from the UK in 2006 on a K1 marrage visa and was married within the time constraints, unfortunately this relationship did not work out and we divorced 8 months later during this turbulant time we never adjusted our status. present day Im married to a US citizen and have a 3 month old daughter with her, aside from a social security number I have no ID no passport and no idea how or where to start in terms of rectifying my status and continuing my life with my family here. Any advice would be a blessing.

Your best option is to ask your wife to contact the US Department of Home Security to regularise your status. It should not be difficult to do so in view of your marriage to a US Citizen.
