Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

I put my brother & sister file on 2004 after i put them file i lost file no & receipt bcz of moving . I don't have any proof that i put it. can help anybody how to get file no???? I change address & state so many time after 2004 bcz of my job so today i don't have any thing that say i put the file.They are so angry & fighting with me almost every day about file that i didn't put file for them they r not trust me that i put it can tell anybody what to do?? pls.

You can file a FOIA request on both cases to get a copy of the receipt notices. You also need to file online form AR-11 every time you or the beneficiary moves.
