Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri
car dealer insurance
My wife was in a accident with a dealerships car, the man that owns the company son was driving (17 years old). The insurance for his company is not wanting to cover the wreck (falure to yield). I was wondering why and what resource we could take on recovering from the loss of the car, medical bills and loss wages.

Unfortunately, your only two choices are to negotiate directly and take what they offer you, or hire a lawyer.
If the claim is small, you may not be able to find a lawyer to take the case.
If you'd like more information, please let me know the details of the case and I'd be glad to give you more guidance.
Best wishes.

Re: car dealer insurance
There are numerous theories under which you may recover. Generally a dealership will have alternative insurance coverage that may apply depending on the reason the son had the car. You may also be able to look to the dealership itself to cover the damages. I'd be happy to discuss this issue with you in-depth. My consultations are free.
