dispute for payment of death benfits for spouse

What do I do when I can't get payment of life insurance claims from Insurance companies for group insurance with employers , husband past away in october, have not been paid yet?

First of all, please accept my sympathies for the loss of your husband. You may need the assistance of an attorney if the insurance company is not promptly paying your claim. Depending upon the facts of your specific situation, the insurance company may be held legally resonsible for "vexatious refusal to pay", or perhaps they simply require some documentation that you have not provided. If you have complied with the information requests of the insurance company, you should contact an attorney and get the matter resolved! I am certain the insurance company didn't wait 4 months to take your premiums, and you shouldn't wait 4 months to collect the benefits.
