Irrevocable life insurance trust
My father set up a irrevocale life insurance trust on himself and stepmother second to die. He has past away and the annual premiums are 75,000. Stepmother now refuses to make the payments as his children are the beneficiaries. What can we do to keep the trust from emploding on itself til it is depleted?
