Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri
who pays medicare back?
My father fell and died about 10 days after from a brain bleed directly related to the fall. He is a vet and was taken first to VA hosp. but they later transfered him to KU.hosp. He had homeowners ins. and medicare and also a vet. Where does the responsibility lie?
