Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri

question about a bar/grill

i have a lawsuit pending on a bar/grill for an assault that occured on me at the bar. the bar doesn't have any insurance. is it a law for them to have insurance. for a bar to have insurance. don't they have to have insurance to aquire their liquor license? thanks

If you have a lawsuit pending, then I will assume that you have an attorney. You should direct all of your legal questions to the attorney who is representing you.
